Images do not represent the level of service our firm provides to our Clients. Architecture is about proportion, light, volume, materials, massing, character, history and detail. There are numerous talented designers and architects that understand this but not many that provide service to their clients the way it should be provided. As much as Architecture is about the above stated elements and components, Architecture is still a 'service industry', and service should be front and foremost. Providing this level of service to owners makes them feel like they have more than an architect working for them, but an "agent" through a process which is arduous and sometimes overwhelming.
Part of providing a high level of service is how we mock up chandeliers, fireplaces, and other elements by cutting them out of cardboard at full scale and putting them in the house while it is in framing. We also lay out room sizes on the lot for owners, we take the time to make sure the Clients understand what it is they are spending their money on and that they are getting the best value out of their project in terms of re-sale and day to day use.
