Beverly Park, Los Angeles, CA

This guest home and gym for a well known rock and roll star is located in a very prestigious gated neighborhood on Mulholland Drive.  The new structure represented in these photos was located on the building pad , CAof a previously existing guest home of modest size designed by Ambrose Associates of Beverly Hills along with the main residence.  The existing guest house was eventually remodeled by the Landry Design Group (Fabio’s former employer) and needed to be updated to accommodate a growing family.  In our project the existing structure was demolished to the slab and the new larger structure was built over the existing pad with the addition of a second story.  The structure now serves as a music studio and living quarters for three family members, as well as a gym / banquet hall for the homeowner.
